After submission you will be acknowledged via an email within two working days.
The submitted abstract will undergo a peer review process by the conference committee within two to three weeks after its receipt.
Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within two to three weeks of submission
The Conference Chair serves as the head of the technical review committee and will take the final decision on papers.
Acceptance/revision/rejection of the paper will be sent to the author with reviewer comments.
If a revision is required, the revised paper must be sent back within a week or two for further process else it will be rejected.
If a paper is accepted, the author will be invited to register for the ICICCS event and present your paper physically or online.

We are committed to upholding publication ethics through every possible manner. We try to adhere to the norms and guidelines formulated by
springer society to achieve international standards by maintaining quality in publication. We expect and encourage all the authors associated
with ICICCS to follow the norms as mentioned below.
Ensure that all researched work submitted is novel and prepared to a scholarly standard.
Open and full disclosure of the source of all data and how it was acquired.
Certify that all the data has been acquired with recognised ethical research practices.
Co-operate with any parallel investigations if any issues are raised by reviewers, editors or the publisher.
All researchers are represented accurately and other appropriate acknowledgements are clearly stated including sources of funding if any.
Remain in good communication with the editor(s), publisher and any co-authors if the need arises.
Recognise that the Editorial Board has the final decision to publish.
Correspond and comply with the editor and publisher in any requests for source data, proof of authorship or originality in a timely manner.
Any report of possible ethics misconduct will be treated seriously and thoroughly investigated. If there is any misconduct, the paper will be
retracted, a proper explanation will be requested, and if the corresponding author is not available, the author/s may be forbidden from having
any future work considered for publication in ICICCS proceedings.
